does anyone know of any programs that hosts US medical students for 4th year elective? i don't speak spanish so i can't really go to a lot of the spanish speaking countries. how about any programs in africa?

hahaha. if it's any consolation, I'm also looking for 4th year international medicine electives. But I apparently need to look harder because I have yet to find anything that I can sign up for that will give me credit. I might just say screw it and join something that isn't officiated with my medical school and just pay my own way. Good idea? Bad idea?
