International student US dental school graduate help

Hi,
As an international just graduated from US dental school, how can I get a job?
and can I apply to residency/specialize?
I understand the limitation due to VISA and citizenship status but please don't destroy my hope here. I work very hard getting into US Dental school as a international students, now I've come to the finishing line and hoping to get a decent paying job like everyone else.

How could you have just graduated from Dental school if less than a year ago you asking about your chances of getting in with your DAT/GPA?!?!
