International US Med School Grads and H1B

Have any International US Medical School Grads run into problems with getting interviews or getting ranked after interviews because they are asking for an H1B? If so, what programs are these?

Alternatively, has anyone come across programs that say they offer J1's only but can really accomodate H1B's if you graduated from a US medical school?

I am interested in hearing about any experiences from international US med school grads from the interview trail.
