How can an internationally trained Dentist get to practice in the USA if he has:
-A Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree?
-A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree?

It would be good to have an insight on how Advanced Standing works, regarding tuition, living expenses, etc...
