That is not quite how the US medical education system works.
Excepting D.O. Internships, which are categorically not open to non-US D.O. grads, Internships, per se, are not done in the United States. U.S. M.D. graduates graduate from medical school and then enter residency after making passage of the USMLEs. Non-U.S. M.D., or equivilent grads, have additional requirements. You might wish to check

However, if you are a U.S. citizen student at a Hungarian school, you are, with permission of your school, eligible to apply for the New York Medical College Fifth Pathway. This is comparable to and recognized as an Internship.
It is even more restrictive in Canada.
