whats the latest MGMA, AMGA or similar data on compensation for a new interventional pain (non-anesthia) doc? Info by RVU would be a bonus as would info specific to PA (Lehigh Valley area)? With or without bonus? Trying to evaluate what fair compensation would be for an initial contract- been researching online for hours and keep finding conflicting and confusing information. Thanks in advance!

275-350k base with productivity. $60-70/wRVU

I will recommend using anesthesia pain data if you are pain fellowship trained (irrespective of your primary residency) and do variety of pain interventions.
