Interview Dates

I know this question's probably been bludgeoned to death several times on this forum and that the answer is probably pretty obvious...but just bear with me. I received interview offers for the end of October but was unable to attend them due to circumstances out of my control. However, I'll probably be able to attend them sometime late January. I know that my chances go down the longer I wait (if rolling admissions) but exactly how badly are they hurt?
