Just curious if anyone interviewed in November or early December and did not receive anything from Nycom yet. I know they sent out a large amount of acceptances this past week. I interviewed on Dec.2 and I thought it went very very well. I'm not quit sure how Nycom organizes who they send acceptances to first because my gpa is 3.4, mcat 28, I live 10 minutes from the school and had my file complete very early. Many people have posted that they received acceptances with lower stats and who interviewed several weeks later, so its very unnerving to say the least. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. It would be nice to hear of someone in a similar situation.

Congratulations to all of you who were accepted already!

Is there something up with NYCOM? I've been complete for months and haven't heard anything, when I got interviews elsewhere fairly quickly. Still no rejection letter, but its getting late. Anyone have any words of wisdom? Are the actively sending out interview invites or what? Are they usually by email or by snail mail?

Thanks for any help. b

I would give them a call ASAP (like, tomorrow morning, first thing). Perhaps they sent you a letter already and it got lost in the mail or something. The admissions office has been extremely helpful every time I've called, and they told me over the phone that I had been accepted, although I hadn't received my letter because it was sent to my college address while I was at home over winter break. Really, call admissions and check out the situation.

Good luck!
