Interview process at The University of Nebraska Medical

I am a pre-medical student who has been given an interview date by UNMC. I am looking for some advice/guidance as far as the questions and the process goes. How did you prepare for the interview? What did you find most helpful? How did you respond to questions regarding any minor flaws in your application? Any insight is really appreciated!

I interviewed at UNMC last year and it was very conversational. No ethical questions, no stress interview techniques, etc. Also, the interview is closed file so they won't be asking you about any flaws in your application. They are just trying to get to know you as a person.
