Interview questions - Ethical and healthcare reform

I know we are expected to have opinions of issues pertaining to medical ethics as well as health care reform -- but being able to articulate them well to an interviewer isn't the easiest thing.

Anyone know of programs that tend to discuss these areas during interviews?

Any good websites you'd recommend to brush up on these topics? Thanks.
