I think most of my questions from my two previous interviews were readily available on the Interview Forum from SDN. I will say, however, that there was a question that threw me for a loop and really shouldn't have--so I'll share it in the hopes that it helps others avoid my bumbling, contradictory, mess of an answer 😳
In the very last paragraph of my personal statement I concluded a sentence using the words "humane agriculture." I honestly did not put a whole lot of thought into those words as they weren't a very big part of what I was trying to say in my statement. I was however, asked to define what I thought humane agriculture was. This is something I have thought about, but hadn't thought about how I would talk about it if I were asked the question at a big agricultural vet school.
All this is to say, really make sure you can talk intelligently about every word in your application/statement etc. because even if you're a relatively smart individual, the high-pressure interview situation can reduce you to an incoherent idiot <---I'm a case in point 🙂
