Just curious on how people set-up the interviews.. I know I should go interview at the less-desired programs first to get some practice. What about the highly-desired programs? The earlier the better or the other way around? Thanks!

You'll get several different opinions. I guess it doesn't really matter in the end, but being very early or very late can be a bad idea.
