Silly question but going to ask:
What is the role of the practice office manager/administrator when interviewing? Meaning, what questions should I as a potential hire direct towards this person in an interview vs the chief MD for the practice/group? I'm trying to be sure I discuss contract info vs work flow info appropriately. Thanks for clearing this up!
