Intresting Article in NEJM About US IMGs/Caribbean

Was sent this perspective article posted on the NEJM website today. I find it interesting that this paper claims that they saw an average total cost for 4 years that was 100k less for offshore schools vs private US schools. Not sure what to think about the article though, haven't vetted their sources yet, but I assume there has been some sort of vetting of the numbers if it was posted by NEJM. Thoughts/impressions? (Disclaimer: not sure if this is a publicly accessible article, accessing from campus wifi so it automatically grants access)
