Hello everyone,
I am one of a team of students at NCSU that has been presented with a designing a solution to the "Bruning" syringe.
I say "Bruning" because you may address it with a different spelling or name. To clarify, I mean the intracordial syringe that looks like a caulking gun which ratchets as material is injected into areas around the larynx.
We are having trouble finding direct contacts who can address the problems related to the syringe which is why I have come to your ENT forum.
We are looking for:
1) volunteers who would like participate in a survey or interview about the device
2) information about the name of the device (we have seen several variations of the spellings and alternate names for the device)
and 3) information/resources on the surgeries in which this device can be used and details of the surgical procedures
Also, I'm new to the world of forums so if I have crossed a line by posting here, please let me know - I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
Thanks everyone!
