Iowa & Indiana Supplemental

Okay the waiting game is killing me.
I'm done with supplementals for all schools and have been contacted by Indiana and Iowa University already that "they're reviewing my app" but I was wondering if either of them have supplemental apps? If they do and anyone has filled them out, can you post the questions so that I can have a head-start on them. Thank you so much.

I'm still waiting for Indiana to request my app fee. Since their initial e-mail says to not send anything until they request it.

iowa only asks for a supplemental/fee if they're inviting you for an interview
