Hi,
I am an undergrad who wants to work with people with Cystic Fibrosis. I know Iowa U and UNC are the two best schools to go to in this regard. My first choice would be Iowa. Anyone have in advice on getting in, scholarships, loans, etc?

I don't know much about either school, but you will have to apply through AMCAS. I would say that your best bet would to be contact the admissions office at these schools and see what their requirements for admission are. When you do apply, make mention of the fact that you are interested in working with Cystic Fibrosis patients in your AMCAS essay. I would reinforce this fact in any secondary application essay that these schools might have and in your interviews when they ask you why you are interested in those schools. Good luck!
