Depends if you are Indian or not. Dentists from India face more competition from their countrymen
3.2 is not bad, but I would enhance it in order to get admission first try
 
Yes , I agree that it is depends on where are from , but from my personal experience I would say nothing possible. I know people who get into the dental school with GPA 2.5. You can't change the GPA but you can put the experience into your resume and make a good SOP . Just keep trying and building up your resume and you will get in. Don't give up.
Overall you have a good GPA. I do have 3.15 and I get into dental school without any problems
