Regarding the above post, you buy it and then log in and have access to the test. You can then print it if you want to take it on paper. Then, you have to enter the answers on a grid, and it grades it for you and then gives you the scores broken down. There may be another way that I'm unaware of.
I was debating whether I should buy this test too but I thought it wasn't worth it. If you already have taken a lot of practice tests (i.e. completed 3r-6r), its doubtful one more test will significantly increase your score, especially since the test is in 5 days =P There's not much you can do in 5 days to significantly increase your score. Besides, if you do bad on this mcat, it'll leave you with one aamc practice test to use in prep for august =)
