So, I'm currently on the works on getting my LORs, however, I don't think Ill be able to get them all until around April. Do you think most of the SMPs ( ie. GTown, Cinn, EVCS, Tufts) will be full by then?

you'll be ok for RFU

from their FAQ's

I’m taking the April MCAT; is that okay? What about the GRE?
Yes, taking the MCAT or GRE in April or early May should allow sufficient time for the results to be received before the final materials deadline of June 30th. Waiting until late May is not recommended, however, because results are typically not available for 3-4 weeks.

IIRC, a lot of them have May 15th as a deadline. I applied early in May and got accepted into several, even as late as in July.
