Is it a good idea to send email now to pd's for iv?

Hi guys,

I applied around 35 programs, and untill now i didnt get any iv. I know it s almost over.
I have usmle scores around 200s(step 1, step2 and passed cs) and 2 observerships in us, and i am 3rd year resident in back home and i need visa.

So do you think it s a good idea to send an email to pd's now ? or it s just anoying?

You can try. But based on your post, I THINK you are an IMG, and with scores at 200, you are probably not going to match in EM. I hate to give a negative opinion, but trying to give a truthful opinion.
