I am thinking about Pass/D/Failing a NON-science class. I just don't think I am going to get an A in the class so I wanted to P/D/F so that the B doesn't factor into my GPA. Will medical schools not like this?

If the class will negatively affect your GPA, I would take it P/F. I took several classes P/F, and it was never brought up at interviews or anything. I had a high GPA, and that's what they noticed; not the P/F aspect.

I would suggest P/D/F'ing. Schools most likely will not notice.

I'm a PDF kind of guy. Textbooks are unwieldy.
