Is it okay to have 1 non-waived LOR and 3 waived ones?

Hi. I am an IMG, and I have 4 LOR's from US physicians. 3 of them are waived, but one of them is non-waived. I did not know about this waiving thing and I got it from her right after my rotation. Does this matter a lot (to have 1 non-waived letter among 3 waived ones)? Will this impact my application negatively?

It is important and potentially impacts your application, but way down the list after things like step scores and visa status. Unless you have another option theres really nothing you can do about it at this time anyway.

Everyone takes for granted that if its not waived, it's not candid. So they put no value on it.
