Medical Is it okay to speak about doctor spending time talking with patients?

Hello,

I know this sounds a little paranoid, but would I make the physician look bad if I mentioned she sometimes helps make patients at ease by having some small talk with them? I do not want to sound like I am saying the physician is using "company time" to have a friendly chat with the patient. I personally have done it myself with patients in research studies and found it helpful.
