you just need to send in a transcript with your degree date on it.
They are pretty understanding if you explain it to them.

Yes. Once you are accepted into that class for medical school you just need to explain to them that you are completing remaining coursework for your degree in the summer and you will send them your final transcripts when you are finished. Med schools usually have no problem with that. I have a friend who finished her undergrad in 3 years and had to take a summer course right before school started -- I think she had literally like a weekend in between her fnal day of undergrad and first day of medical school.
