Hey!
I'm a canadian, who once lived in NYC, and is looking to apply to med school in the states.

The US system is very different from the canadaian medical admission process. As i scan the threads, it looks like ppl have already got into med school, before the deadlines state on the AMAC web site. Probably b/c of the rolling applicaiton.

I was wondering if it is to late to apply to med school in the states. I haven't submitted my primary yet.

your help is GREATLY appreciated.

The deadline was yesterday, Oct. 15th. If you want to apply to the DO schools their deadline hasn't passed yet.

Not every MD school follows the Oct 15 deadline. Scanning through the MSAR, it looks like many schools use Nov 1, Nov 15, and even Dec 15 as deadlines for the AMCAS primary application.

That being said, you're going to have a hard time, being an international student applying late to schools that are already giving out acceptances. Good luck with whatever you do, though!
