It's not prohibitively late. Your application is likely to be coming in with the main flood. Many of the members in here were part of the first wave of applicants.

You would be perfectly fine. I wouldn't be surprised if the average applicant isn't complete in most schools till October...

Just finish those secondaries *promptly*. If you turn them around fast enough, you'll be in the "main wave"

With your numbers it is DEFINITELY not too late... Just pick your schools wisely and get your AMCAS submitted ASAP... You said you were going to pre-write secondaries while you were being verified. That is really important. You want to be able to have a one day turn around when you get secondaries. Look through the prompts that Shemarty has organized in the 2008-2009 secondary thread and start writing those immediately after submitting your primary.
