Is it too late to submit my primary to Michigan State CHM now, after being deferred from ED?

Hey everybody,
I'm an OOS applicant for Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and was wondering, if sending my primary would be worth it at this time or is it too late, after being deferred from ED? Are there any screens as well? Is it too late to submit to other schools as well? Thank you all so much and best of luck to all of you in this process!!! .....
