Hello all, hoping to get some advice. I'm not sure exactly what caliber schools I should be targeting!

GPA is 3.76/3.66 science

MCAT is 519 (129/130/129/131)

WA resident, white, state school

Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer) - 150 hours hospital volunteering, 60 hours volunteering with a free clinic for the homeless.

Research experience and productivity - several thousand hours in a lab affiliated with UW medicine, one mid author publication, one poster, one small grant in my name. Also several hundred hours in a plant microbiology lab.

Shadowing experience and specialties represented - 120 hours with pulmonary specialist in clinic and SICU/MICU, 40 hours with a primary care physician.

Non-clinical volunteering - 150 hours in a shelter for DV survivors, 800+ hours as a camp counselor during summers.

Other extracurricular activities - worked as a science writing intern during undergrad.

Here's a potential list, am I being overly optimistic? Overly cautious? Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Not an unreasonable list at all.

I know many people who got into T20’s with similar or slightly lower stats.

If you’re at a top tier undergrad and/or your school is known for grade deflation apply bombs away to all T20’s

List should be 10-15 top 20s, 5-10 midtiers, and state schools. OP's a strong applicant, and competitive for top 20s.
