I was a nonscience major and graduated already. I want to take 1 upper div bio through extension since I haven't taken any so far and it was recommended to me. I already work and am pretty busy, so can only fit 1 course. Will that 1 course get counted into my undergrad GPA? If so, that will increase my bcp gpa from 3.33 to 3.37. Is it worth it to even take that 1 class?

If you take the course as a post bacc student then yes, it will be counted in your undergrad GPA. I suppose any amount of classes works so long as you make As. However, if you're trying to actively increase your GPA and show dental admissions that you're able to handle the dental education then I'd suggest you take at least part time worth of science credit hours and make As in them per semester.
