Is JAN 18 too late to apply for TOURO Dental School. They have a Feb 1 2017 deadline

Yes, most of the interview dates have already come and passed. Save your money and apply early for the 2018 cycle if necessary (assuming you haven't already applied to other schools)

If this is your last chance and you have yet to gain an acceptance, it would not hurt to apply. It's better to give one last try than to just wait next year to reapply again.
