is marzouk 's principles & practice of operative dentistry a gud book?

i find it very difficult to study this book for my final year bds exams in pakistan... can u help me either by suggesting an alternative or know-how to read this buk

Sturdevant operative dentistry- Very good book
Ramya Raghu clinical operative dentistry (Indian author)- Not a standard book but very easy to pass the exam.Check at the lower right corner-http://emmessmedpub.com/contact%20us.html
