I suggest:

Miami
St. Louis
Albany
Rochester
Rush (note: very service/experience oriented with a 150hr service requirement. Avg student has 800 hours of community service, and >1800 hours of health care exposure.)
Rosy Franklin
NYMC
MCW
VCU
EVMS
Wake Forest
Jefferson
Temple
Drexel
Creighton
Tulane
Loyola
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Any new MD school, except Hofstra and Central MI, FIU, FAU and UCF. I can't recommend CNU.
Any DO program, starting with PCOM-GA.
MCG
Mercer

27-year-old nontrad/postbacc (BA in English, 2011)
Puerto Rican
Female (If that's relevant?)
cGPA: 3.96
BCPM GPA: 4.0
MCAT: 509 -- 127/127/125/130

~300 hours volunteering in the ER
~100 hours volunteering at the Humane Society

5 hours volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and 5 with the nursing home (These were from volunteer trips I went on. Do I even include them?)

6 hours volunteering raising funds for breast cancer research with my school's pre-med association

20 hours shadowing a neurologist
4 hours shadowing an ER doctor

School list:
Mercer
MCG/Georgia Regents
Emory (I've been advised to include it even though it's a big reach b/c it's in my state?)
Rutgers (Originally from Jersey, father graduated from here)
NYMC
Quinnipiac
Commonwealth
George Washington U
Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin U
Loyola
Penn State
Drexel
Lewis Katz/Temple U
Wake Forest
Georgetown
Tufts
Albany
Rush
St. Louis
Sidney Kimmel/Thomas Jefferson U

And maybe Hofstra and Miami/Miller as reaches?

Suggestions on which schools to remove/add?

Thank you, Goro! Is there a way to find out which MD schools are new?

So, the information I had on the cost of submitting primaries must have been outdated. I definitely can't afford to apply to all of these schools. Applying to even 10 is pushing it (Don't qualify for fee assistance due to father's income. Someone always mentions that when I mention struggling with costs of application-related stuff, so throwing that out there now). If anyone has any suggestions on which ones to absolutely include, advice is appreciated.

If you can only afford 10 schools include these:
Mercer
MCG/Georgia Regents
NYMC
Quinnipiac
George Washington U
Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin U
Loyola
Drexel
Georgetown
St. Louis
You could substitute Temple or Jefferson for Drexel

Thank you :)

I'm thinking I might cut out some of the Chicago schools in favor of applying to all of the PA ones so I can maybe minimize travel costs. Idk, gonna ask my dad for his input).
