Working nights at a hospital always leaves me feeling extremely fatigued and unable to think outside of work and because of this the progress I am making on finishing the 20 secondaries I have left is very slow. I'm really starting to panic over this.

It won't be too late until the secondaries' deadlines. Just keep working on them.

Try to get them all in by September 1. You are far from being "late" right now.

Some schools have specific instructions about how much time you should take to fill out secondaries ie 2 weeks. I would pay attention to those first.
