Is PAS legal?

As far as I am aware, PAS is legal only in Oregon. Is physician assisted suicide legal elsewhere in the US or Canada?

You can can compare Oregon and the Netherlands, but that's only to assimilate the differences. Our practice is not reflective of the Netherlands' practice, at all.

Not starting anything, just stating this so that the same practice is not thought to be practiced the same in both regions. Also, I would consider the Netherlands more euthanasia than PAS.
