is Stockton or Kean university in Nj hard to get into for OT?

hey all, I have a quick Q I went back as a post bacc to take classes for O.T i want to apply to stockton in NJ and Kean in NJ however one of the pre-regs is general psych a class i took back when i was a freshman (17yrs old) I received a C b/c i was young and stupid, now they wont let me take the class over b/c I have already taken abnormal and developmental the pre-reqs for both of these schools need to be at least a B. I have A's in all of my pre-reqs including sciences.Should I still apply or not waste my money? :confused:
