Is the Kasturba / AUA program legitimate?

I know that the Kasturba Medical College is very legitimate for Indians who want to practice in India or abroad.

I would like to know about the program with American University of Antigua in which the first 2 years are done at Kasturba and the second two years are rotating in hospitals in New York.

Is this program legitimate in that Americans who choose to go to Kasturba for 2 years and New York for 2 years are eligible for liscensure in the US?

For how long has this specific program been available?

Should a student go here or to a caribbean school like St. Georges?
