I saw about 8 targets on your current list you can go in saying you have a reasonable shot at getting a II. Even at 3.7/34, in CA, that's a little too low for comfort.
Swap some of these reaches, Boston U, Penn State, NYMC or Georgetown for a couple more OOS friendly privates that get <10k apps with an MCAT median around 33. MCW and SLU would be the two Id add in particular. I would also add UIC. Upstate is fine but Downstate was 94% NY residents(dont add it).
Youll be in much better shape though if you can add a half dozen or more "target" types and there are a number of OOS schools that historically take many CA applicants you can still include
