Complete Is this an IA?

During my freshman year, I torrented some movies on my computer and received an automated email from IT services telling me to stop (I no longer have access to the actual email because I have since graduated and my email account was terminated). I did stop and there was no follow up (I never received any sort of warning/reprimand from my RA, the student conduct office, or anyone else). I was just wondering whether this constitutes an institutional action that I would need to report to AMCAS when I apply. I should also note that I have received awards from my university and successfully applied for fellowships/scholarships through my school, and it has never come up. Do I need to report this or am I just being neurotic?

Contact your Student Affairs Dean. If they do not consider the cease and desist from IT to be an IA, then there is no need to report.
