Hello, I'm looking at a volunteering opportunity where I pick up donated perishable food items and drop them off at various food banks, senior centers, housing projects, and other food-insecure communities. These places look high-risk for COVID, since a lot of seniors and veterans live here.
This looks like the safest volunteering I can do without putting my family at risk. Would this be considered nonclinical volunteering? thank you.
The bulk of the volunteer time comes from driving, from going to the donation site and taking it to the drop-off site.
