I was recently accepted to give a talk on my research at the national conference for my area of research. As the question states, is this worthy of an update? If yes, what should I include in the update? Thanks!

Save it for interviews to talk about (how did it go vs. you're just going) or for post-interview updates. At this point, pre-interview, just wait.
