Medical Is this worth an update?

I updated schools back in late august when I got my summer 2020 grades back (last semester of SMP). Is it worth an update to send a new transcript with the "degree awarded" or no? (I received the degree awarded in late September and didn't think about it until now because I already sent the final grades for summer term.

Assuming you didn't go completely off schedule with degree conferral (meaning you got it later than you indicated on your application), I wouldn't worry about it. We'll get that confirmation if you get accepted and we ask for transcripts.

Not worth update. I think they would assume you got it if you completed the courses.

Unless the new transcript has prerequisite courses that you need to retake for failed ones in undergrad, I would not bother sending an update.
