Hello,
I was offered a job at USACS for hospitalist position post residency and I wanted to know what others think. I have read countless comments from the Emergency medicine side saying that USACS is bad, but I can not seem to find anybody on the hospitalist side. The hourly rate being offering a competitive hourly rate with monthly performance bonuses that per them average at about 1k. This is better than any other hospitalist position around my area. They also said something about shares (which I've read here is a scam as you have to pay taxes on them and many other reasons). I do not plan on staying with them long-term so is this a good option as a starting job for 1-2 years? Can anybody point me towards any good resources/threads to look into this further?
