Hi everyone,

I was ooking at the requirements for an Israeli student visa and one of the documents they want to have is: Round-trip flight ticket or itinerary.

So they want us to buy the ticket before we have a visa??? What if the visa is denied??

Anyone have any thoughts? thanks!

why not buy a fully refundable ticket, get the visa, refund the ticket and then get a cheaper one.

I know Sackler takes care of the student Visa. It is not something you need right away, and they never asked us for any flight information. We just had to turn in our passports, some money, and fill out a form for a 1 year long visa.

Just flying to Israel gives you 3 months as an american, so if you leave every 3 months, you can get by without it. (Jordan, Turkey, Cypress).
