I have concluded from conversations with the Admin people at UW-Madison and MCW that it does not matter where you go to undergrad as long as you have a strong MCAT. The MCAT seems to be the most important number to make during the app process. I was considering transfering from UW-Milwaukee to UW-Madison because Madison is known as a better school. The MCW Admin director told me that going to Madison would offer no advantage and the MCAT scores from UW-Milwaukee were exactly the same as UW-Madison. So do you guys think it doesnt matter at all where you go to undergrad ? Is paying big money for an undergrad degree a waste of cash ?
