That MCAT score is circling the drain for MD, and is merely OK for DO. Apply broadly, but you still have to include U IA.

You could receive interviews at these DO schools with your stats:
ACOM
ARCOM
NYIT-Arkansas
ICOM
BCOM
UIWSOM
VCOM (all 4 schools)
CUSOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
MU-COM
TUNCOM
You could try DMU-COM but your chances are higher at the schools I listed. If you are applying this year apply no later than September and submit all your secondaries by October at the latest.
