J1 waiver and fellowship.

Hi,
I am told that it is more difficult to get a J1 waiver job after doing a fellowship.Does anybody have any input on this?

I think that it's easier to find a waiver job as a general psychiatrist but you can still work as a general psychiatrist even after finishing a fellowship.
