I am seeking some advice on obtaining an MPH followed by a JD or DrPH. I know that these are two different career paths but if any of you are currently pursuing/want to pursue/ or have completed either of these options, I am very curious to what you want to do with that degree or what you are currently working on. Any pros/cons to either?
I got into BU, Tufts, and GW for epidemiology (still waiting on Hopkins) for Fall 2014. I was thinking, if I go to BU, I could do a double concentration in Epidemiology and either Health Policy & Management or Health Law, Bioethics & Human rights. I'm not sure if GW allows a double concentration...I always thought I would want to pursue a DrPH but lately a JD is also of interest now.
