I am just curious about other's experiences when interivewing for jobs.
- Do you send them a thank you letter, like when interviewing for residency?
- After interviewing with them, what is the protocol in general.... are you supposed to continue to make contact, or do you just wait for them to make a decision?
- What are good followup questions for potentenial employers?
- How many interview are good to do in order make a decision?

- Anything else potenially beneficial to know when interviewing??

1) yes, of course you do!

2)send thank you note. Wait. if no response and you liked them, send 2nd letter. wait. if no response send email/call. if no response give up and assume you don't want to work with inconsiderate jerks

3/4/5) It depends. You are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you. Think about what YOU want to be doing, and ask about those issues.
