job prospects after MHA from India

hi friends,

i want some information for a friend of mine who has done MHA(from India) after completing MBBS (bachelors in medicine).He has a three year work experience after his masters and currently working in Singapore.He wants to work in US now.

I want to know what job prospects does he have in US with his present qualifiation?If not,which exams does he need to give to continue in the same field(hospital administration) in US too.

Also,since he already has a MPH,would it be better if he tries to get into an MBA program in US.
